My opinions about using technology integration in the classroom has not changed. I have been a strong believer in the need for more technology in the classroom. If anything I think this term has given me more ideas how to use technology in the classroom, in a safe and ethical way.
2. Identify one or more programs/web apps introduced this term you believe you'll use in your future classroom. Why will you use these programs/apps?
I love Prezi. I think it is my favorite software that I'm already using in other classes. Its easy to use and adds a much more professional look to slideshows. After 12 years in business, I think that I've seen every powerpoint template about a thousand times. However Prezi adds a new look and was very easy to learn. I think adding a little bit of movement to a presentation also really helps keeping the concentration of the students and gets them to focus on the slide when it switches over.
